I have never tried almond milk.....would it be a good replacement for milk in my coffee ?
wooHoo !! It's Friday !! Love my weekends with my hubby !!!
Now....ugh !! I have been on a high protein shake breakfast and lunch....(at least 100 grams of protein everyday)......protein and veggies for dinner for the most part for the past nine days.....plus walking a lot more....(calories under 1000 on most days) trying to lose my holiday gain.......I weighed this morning and I have gained another two pounds !! Any suggestions ?
I just told my hubby and his reply was "We will whip this problem together ". Love that man !!!
My plan for today.........morning vits✅ Water started ✅. Walking. 3000 steps already
breakfast......protein coffee
lunch............turkey/cheese roll-up Crunchy veggies...carrots and celery
dinner...........fish and veggies (broccoli and cauliflower
snack............cottage cheese/pineapple

You are absolutely right. I haven't really been paying attention. Not thinking before it goes in my mouth...eating after 8pm, not exercising and consuming JUNK!!! I could go on and on. I'm my own worst enemy. When my doctor told me what I needed to do before my surgery...I did it. I just stopped everything and did what I was suppose to do. I know I can do this...trigger foods are being thrown away tonight. Pulling out the old journal and will utilize it again!!!

Here In Southern California is pretty nice. A little *****illy outside but manageable.
Breakfast ---- Coffee, waited about 45 mins then had warm water with fresh Lemon squeezed inside. About 10am....I had a Protein shake with 1 CUP of Mixed Berry Medley and water. I forgot my unsweetened almond milk at home.
Snack -----Nothing jus****ER
Lunch----- About 4 CUPS of Romaine Lettuce, 1cup of chicken and 2 TBLS of LITE Ceasar dressing. WATER, WATER, WATER.....
Snack------ 100Calorie Yoplait Greek Yogurt
Dinner ----- 1pc of Chicken breast and veggies OR just a Protein Shake.

well, we got about 8 inches of snow in my part of the panhandle. A little treacherous coming to work, but at least I AM at work !! I hate to use snow days......would rather be off school during Easter when the weather is good !!

breakfast............got off my protein shake and fixed breakfast since I was at home
Egg, bacon, and toast.......coffee /miralax
lunch..................protein and veggies .......forgot to bring protein powder to work
dinner.................turkey, cheese, and veggies (maybe some bread for a sandwich).
Snack..................cottage cheese

When I get stuck I get moving....but I didn't anticipate my back bothering me. I have had to take it slow but still looking ahead!
