Some of us got messed up before.. So now i have to be super diligent to lose. But once i get lower.. I can maintain.
Currently i don't loose weight, but i am losing fat, body fat% and size. Adds long as i follow my plan, my weight gets lower. Very slowly...but i don't starve, nor really limit my food..(some foods..)...
If your plan is working. -don't change a thing - but if it does not- change it...and try new program for at least a month.

sorry I am SO late with this......it has been Monday. ALL DAY !!!
my weekend went well......relaxed and ate healthy !
My plan for today......vits taken ✅. Water ....almost 70 oz. ✅. Walking ......4 miles so far
breakfast........coffee/miralax........protein shake✅
lunch..............veggie salad/ Kraft chipotle-mango dressing (my new favorite). ......applesauce✅
Dinner............chicken and salad
snack..............strawberries

Try Almond "Unsweetened" milk in your coffee. You will not even notice the difference.

Thanks..H.a.l.a........ I might just try your plan.......I bought healthy protein forward foods yesterday (Sunday) with fruits and fresh veggies......will have to figure out carbs better on fruit to cut back that much.....but I really appreciate the input.......I will let you know when I try your plan.
Btw. For me to lose i need to cut the carbs really low (20-30 per day ), limit proteins to 60-80 gr a day, and increase the fat - fat from bacon, avocado, nuts, real olives...add limiting calories to 1000-1200 per day on that plan, adding gentle exercise - walking, yoga.. And i can slowly lose weight and not feel hungry.
On 1000-1200 calories 20gr carbs , 70 gr proteins (80 +280 =360 cal) fat = 640-840 cal= 65 to 90 gr of fat a day. My 4- meals world have a bit more fat than protein at every meal + 5 gr of carbs a meal. ( i don't cut carbs from greens veggies (lettuce, herbs, spinach, cucumber, celery...)
I also do IT - intermittent Fasting. Only eating within 8-10 hr window in every 24 hr time. That what works for me. Plus - limit sugar from all sources - that includes fruits.
I would eat fruits once a week or so...torecarb. But only berries....and always with extra fat..(to slow down absorbtion of the sugar)

sorry my cursor jumped and added letters to the title and then posted. Can't see how to edit. Anyhow all I wanted to add to original post is that since I started back on track I have lost 4 pounds.
Gotta jump in the shower now, hubby and I are going to the theater district today.
I am home from Arkansas so I now have reliable internet service. My eating this past week was a combination of eating out and eating at the condo. I travel so much that I have to make the best choices I can when eating out and if the options are not great I then do my shakes and bars the rest of the day. It is a balancing act that sometimes feels a little precarious. I too am up 45 pounds since my surgery eight years ago. The good news is....that is a lot less that I originally lost and my tool still works. Since I sta
