I still need to move. I want to join a ymca or a planet fitness, to help motivate me to work out.
I may have some extra time on my hands, as I try to find a new teaching position. My Head Start agency, transferred the grant, so my perfect job search continues, I guess it never ended? I may Sub, but the orientation is weeks away?
So in the mean time? Concentrate on me? Eating with better choices and moving my A!
I know that will make all the difference in the world.
I wish you well, in your on journey.
I do not want to give up, I would like to commit to 6 months of this IF.
The scale is not my friend right now, and I will just leave it at that, I do take full responsibility.
Food choices could be better, and daily exercise would help!! I promise I am trying to get there.
Not giving up yet. Keep you posted. Have a good week.
Peace & Love!

Making a plan is better than no plan at all.
We know what to do, but doing it, is the key.
Congratulations on making a plan. I need to plan better.
Clean for 3 hours. I need to clean for 3 weeks. LOL. That is surely a plan I need to make immediately.
Thanks for the idea and inspiration.

I am going into my 6th week. of IF.
Things are going slow, but they say slow weight loss is good.
Did I mention, that my restriction, as far as getting full, on a less portion/amount of food is happening.
I will take it. I don't stuff it, I just stop, and conscientiously
"think" I am full, and I push the plate away.
Down roughly about 8lbs. I want more, but I will take what I can get.
Summer school job is over. I did not work out at all this week. The long hallways and steps are over.
Therefore, I have to make an effort to move intentionally.
However this week will be different. I have got to move, only I can do it for my self.
Exercise for me is a love hate thing. I love what it can do for me, but I hate actually doing it.
I want to like it? I need to like it. I said that once I get the 1st 25-30lbs. off I was going to join a gym.
I have also made the decision to do IF for 6-months and see the difference?
So far the plan is doable. Going out of town/vacationing took me off track, but I have to jump back in fast. I see how easily, things can impede on the journey. ( Awareness is key) I am doing well, even though the wl for me, is so slow. I am a work in progress. I received a compliment this past week at a meeting.
Keep you posted when I can. You hang in there too. One day at a time is real talk.
Peace & Love!
