I fell off indeed, but I am back on the saddle.
I am currently doing WW. Excited, at least with this it helps me track my food, & weekly workshops.
So let's see how this will go?
Discounted price, joined under a friend, cheaper could be the reason, because we are getting so close to the heavy eating holidays!!
Either way I have 4 months to see if I can make an impact on this journey.
