Breakfast - steal cut oatmeal with dried cranberries (my go to breakfast for the cold days), 1% milk
Snack - protein shake
Lunch - mixed green salad with chicken and a dressing I make with mustard and balsamic vinager
Dinner - Shrimp, wild rice and steamed veggies
Snack - frozen banana
Plan on doing a Zumba DVD

I am so happy. My highest was 183 and I hung around the low 170's for a long time. Today I hit 159.5! I am so thrilled as I have not been in the 150's since my son's wedding over 3 years ago.

Good Morning
Been sick, now better, guess my body slept all it could. Didn't fall asleep until 4:00am so not sure if I am eating breakfast or lunch but this is the plan.
Breakfast protein drink
snack 1/2 orange
lunch turkey breast 4 oz. and green beans
snack protein bar
dinner depends if there is enough day. Its half gone already.

B - 12 grain toast with peanut butter and a sprinkling of brown sugar (i know, i know)
snack - two turkey pepperettes
L - tuna with low fat mayo on ryvita
s - cottage cheese with pineapple
D - not sure yet. i took left over roast beef out of the freezer. So maybe just some of that with a veggie.
S - not sure
So i promised myself I would get back on track so here goes

So happy to hear you have lost those 18 lbs! I need to lose 20 to get back to my happy number. I kept ignoring the scale sliding up and the junk I was putting in my mouth until my clothes starting getting tight. So here I am to also get under control again.
I, too, lost below goal and then purposefully regained a few pounds (because I thought my face looked better when I was in the 160s) and then now the scale says 184?! Yikes! Time to get it in gear, so here I go!

Joined this group after letting the scale slide 20 lbs above my happy number!!
So, today is day 2 of tracking my eating again. I am someone who can eat the same thing over and over if I like it, so my entries can be pretty boring.
