I commend you indeed.
I fell off indeed, but I am back on the saddle.
I am currently doing WW. Excited, at least with this it helps me track my food, & weekly workshops.
So let's see how this will go?
Discounted price, joined under a friend, cheaper could be the reason, because we are getting so close to the heavy eating holidays!!
Either way I have 4 months to see if I can make an impact on this journey.
I promise I will post as often as I can to keep you posted- Tri-harder!

I have more energy today than yesterday. I have laundry to put away today. I already made my veggie soup and duchess potatoes. My plan is to go to the gym this afternoon and then shopping. I am getting together with friends tonight.

Today we are going to be running around again. We will be out for lunch so I will skip wine and dessert and stick to basic foods. I know they are going to serve rolls and butter. I will skip those too. Usually they serve a rice, potato or pasta side dish. I will watch my portion with those too. I will get plenty of exercise just running around again today. Tri

I was busy all day today. Church in the morning and out this evening. I was on the move all day today running around and climbing tons of stairs. I wrote down my food diary as the day progressed. Not perfect but not too many calories. I didn't eat any desserts and skipped the wine. Tei

I do so much better when I plan my meals. I relost 4 of the 5 lbs. that I recently gained. I feel pretty good this morning although the thunderstorm woke me up several times last night. I have a busy day today. Rehearsal, shopping and a gathering tonight. I don't know what they are serving. I will do the best I can. Tri
