Definitely need to work on more water. And have been craving olives!! No doubt because of the salt.

I've been exercising and running since October 2015, but still want that buddy to run outdoors. It's gonna be in the high 80s this week and looking forward to the outdoors.

Lab work... Plus.. Dehydration can cause that.
I noticed I need more water and salt while on low carb diet. Much more salt and magnesium.
My body starts craving pickles.. That is my sign I need more salt. Don't be afraid to use more salt.

I was thinking it was probably that as well. I have been so busy that I have not gotten my labs done in a long time! I know, I know. Need to make that a higher priority this year. Thanks for the input :)
Have you had labs done lately? Maybe you could be low on iron or b12 or something?

Normally in the past when I would eat healthier and less I would notice an increase in my energy. For the past month while eating better and less I Do feel better but have yet to get more energy :/ My body feels drained and sore. At first I thought it was from work then my husband even mentioned it could be time for a new mattress. Both are possible, but I'm not positive! I'm hoping to get an increase in energy soon!! Hope all are doing well.
