I am 212 lbs. this morning. Hopefully I will never have to relose that lb. again. I am comfortable with my diet and really need to not give into temptation with food that doesn't keep me from getting hungry an hour later. I have to clean for company. Have a great day. Tri

I lost 2 lbs. again this morning and I am 213 lbs. At one point I was 228 lbs. so it would be so much worse if I simply let myself go. It feels better to be eating healthy. Hope you all had a great day. Tri

The weekend was a food disaster for me. I regained 6 lbs. hopefully some is water retention. I am back again to 215 lbs. Now Memorial day (AKA summer) is 6 weeks away. Slimfast was working, but when I stopped I really lost all control over food. I am going to get back on a reasonable diet today and log my food here daily. Over the years it works for me. There is little going on with the group anyways. I tried to log on the RNY board but I can't possibly eat as they do and I feel very much a failure. It was fun reading their posts but when I wanted to add or change a meal it took 5 minutes to find my post. It is going to be beautiful for one day so I will probably begin cleaning out gardens and pots today. I already cleaned for 20 minutes today. Tri

Thanks for your thoughts and prayers, I'm 5 days postop and everything went well! Not much discomfort, headache and the front of my neck bothered me but no nausea at all, yay for that! I'm still on liquids til Thursday and then go to soft foods yay! Easter weekend was kind of hard with food everywhere but mostly hasn't bothered me too much being on liquids. I go back to the surgeon on May 3 very excited to see how much I lost so far!
Take care,
Edie
