Topic: Returning!

Hi everybody.  I have been off the grid for a few years but have decided to get back on track and take care of me.  I have had a regain and need to get back down.  Plan on using my tools such as participating in forums, exercising (I have a new fitbit to assist with tracking that) and tracking my foods.  Thanks for being here and helping support me along the way!

Hi Linda B,

You sound like me... one of my favorites is to stir fry mixed veggies with a little olive oil and seasonings and then eat them during the week. I go to Costco and get the individual chicken breast and salmon.  As you said Planning is everything

I agree! When I first had surgery I purposely didn't put any land mines in my way until I felt strong enough to learn how to vault over them
