I used to love swimming in my initial weight loss phase and recently thought about finding a pool again. I thought, oh, I'll wait until I'm down a few pounds. Then I realized how stupid that is when I never minded swimming at 285 lbs. Sometimes my head gets in my own way.
Congrats on your team being National Champs !
Thank You! They had such an incredible season and it was an amazing national championship!
Welcome, you story sounds a lot like mine. Never quit got to my goal weight and let the weight creep back. I don't take vitamins, just if I feel a cold or something coming on.
I was chiming in because I'm doing a variation of Dr. Oz's 2 week detox diet. Warm lemon water as soon as I get up, lots of water, Protein shake for breakfast. 1/2 c. quinoa or brown rice per day as only carbs and the rest is fish or chicken and non-starchy veggies and hummus, pickles, unsalted nuts for snacks. I used to eat alot of cheese and I think that is what got me in trouble. This isn't terrible. Just miss my Georgia Sweet Tea but glad to be losing again!
B: lemon water, protein shake, coffee
L: salmon, broccoli, cucumbers, hummus
D: salmon, avocado, hummus
Just don't put it too far away. I did just that and let some of the weight creep back. I'm Back on Track and losing again! Weighing every morning for now.
Hello.
I am in the same boat too. I have been back on track for little over a week now. Getting back on eating right and exercising. Like you, I found myself coming back to OH for extra support.
Congrats on your decision to get back on track. Take it one day at a time.
Cheryl
I am considering putting it away... Just not too far away.
