If I don't have it in the house I force myself to eat healthy. YOU CAN DO IT!

So of course probably similar to a lot of people I tend to reward myself with foods, part of it is the concept of not totally depriving myself with things and part of it is just being able to justify what I want.
Had to run to the store last night for fruits & veggies before a winter storm came in, and ended up treating myself to a donut as a reward for 3 great days back on track.
Now I was honest and logged it in my food journal, told hubby (so I was verbalizing out loud) and now here is my other confession. Must think of another way to reward self.......... :)
For my multi vitamin I use the Solaray 2x daily iron free multienergy (I buy it at Vitamin Shoppe) this was the multi recommended by the nutritionist when I originally had surgery. I get the sublingal B12 from various places (still like Trader Joe's best) and I just buy generic calcium with vitamin d. I use the Vitron C at night for my iron (purchased at CVS).
Thanks everybody. Now if I can just get it back into my routine to sign onto the boards. Lol
My planned eats.......going to pre-op diet to jumpstart my weight loss
I gained 5 lbs over the holidays and I want to lose them now !!
Then I will work on the other regain weight !!
breakfast......coffee/miralax..............slim fast
lunch............slimfast
dinner............5 oz. steak (grilled) and 2 cups veggies
I can do ANY thing for a week !! So far, it is 12:10 pm and I am still in control !!! I am one of those people that have to plan ahead and concentrate hard to achieve my eating goals.

Exercise: Treadmill, poundfit

D- Chili? Have a dinner meeting at a restaurant
S- popcorn or protein bar
So yesterday, I ate so well.. nutritious, yummy meals.... night time comes... feel like a snack.. choose popcorn and a few pieces of an orange my husband peeled.
Feeling satisfied, on my way to bed, decide to step on the scale... almost always am 2# higher at night than I will be the next morning.. Up something like 4#!! Spent an hour doing zumba, sweating.... so pi**ed. Now, logic tells me.. I had chili for dinner... popcorn.. all sodium laced. Sometimes after a hard workout, my weight is up too. Instead of listening to my head, let my heart (stomach?) say, "WTF? may as well go ahead and eat!" And eat I did. Protein bar... melted mini choco chips with pb2...yasso frozen protein bar.... sigh........
I should know better than to weigh so often when trying to lose...
