woot !!  It is Friday !!!   Yesterday I did GREAT on my eating plan AND walking !!  I walked 5 miles and stayed totally on my eating plan !!  Day 3 of my 10 day LOSE THE HOLIDAY WEIGHT GAIN plan !!

morning vits ✅. Water started. ✅. Have already walked 2 miles today !!!   I am a teacher's aide....been walking the halls before the first bell rings and every time the bell rings to change classes, I try to walk my hall at least two times between classes !!

I really don't know where my enthusiasm to lose and exercise came from this time, but I want to take advantage of the momentum while I have it !!!

breakfast.........coffee/miralax............protein shake

lunch...............protein shake........2oz. Turkey

dinner..............3 oz. Chicken and veggies......been on a salad binge lately and have been trying out new dressings !    Found Kraft Chipotle/Mango .........love it !    I don't do low-fat/no-fat salad dressings.....just be careful on portion size

I hope all of you have a great and healthy eating day and an even better weekend !

Supposed to be in the sixties here this weekend in the Texas panhandle so hubby and I are going to work outside cleaning the deck and patio.

I am doing a variation of Dr. Oz's Total 10 diet. Look on his website, I think it is from last week.

Very true! I used to eat 4 donuts on the way home after grocery shopping pre-surgery. That was my "treat" for having to shop. I have had to remove peanut butter recently, yes, it is good for protein but not when I put it on 3 inches thick on bread, and also removed bread from our home.

Great start! I didn't have to do the diet to shrink my liver, thank goodness. I had a lot of problems with protein shakes after surgery, I ended up chewing the heck out of cottage cheese. After surgery I couldn't stand the sweet. I had VSG but still experience dumping for some reason, keeps me accountable. Everyone is different. Your tastes will change post-surgery too!

Welcome aboard, enjoy the ride!
