I didn't totally follow my "back to pre-op" diet over the weekend, but I didn't do bad, either......
both days had 60-80 grams of protein and 1200-1400 calories......decided on weekends to relax from the protein shake regimen and eat three small meals.....getting back to protein shakes and protein and veggie dinner today (Monday)..........
HW:330 - GW:150 - MW:118-125
RW:190 - CW:130
B - egg, lf cheese, slice of avocado, little piece of leftover chicken
L - chicken, Brussels sprouts
D - beef stew
S - ??
HATE it when that happens!!

D-homemade vegetable beef soup
Of course! Couldn't be the carbs I was eating.

Good morning
my posting may be spotty this week as I am out of town in the mountains and reception is iffy.
Breakfast - protein drink
lunch - chicken and sliced tomatoes
Snack - grapefruit
Dinner - not sure something simple
B-oatmeal blueberries and scoop of unflavored protein powder
L- left over chilean sea bass and spinach ( from last night dinner at the restaurant)
D-Stuffed Pepper this is my first try since surgery. Will stuff with group turkey scallions garlic and other spices
S- None today
I have been maintaining all month and new to get into the losing mode again. Will be keeping calories no higher than 800.
Is that the problem LOL
I eat 1,000 to maintain. I have to go below to start losing which is what I am doing now. Not successfully ever day so the weight loss regain has been slow. Also am not as active in the winter months.
