I'm not going to talk about it...I'm just going to have my mouth wired shut!!!
I was doing great the first couple of weeks of January. Then the scale stopped moving for a few days and I decided I would indulge at my nephew's first birthday party last Saturday and then ended up eating off plan again Sunday night when I was traveling for work and my plan fell apart (packed a cooler and then realized I forgot to put my dinner INSIDE the cooler...sigh...then found a Whole Foods and got off the highway to go in only to find out that it was not actually OPEN yet, but rather coming soon...got very frustrated).
So, of course the scale bumped back up. Have been doing well again since Monday and hoping the scale will start sliding back down.

Hey, I am trying to get my big butt back on track.. so today so far...
B: coffe and cream.. 2 scrambled eggs with cheese.
L: albacore tuna packed in water and 1/2 c of cantaloupe
Dinner will be: 1/2 chicken breat and 1c mixed veggies
thinking my after dinner treat will be a few fresh strawberries
Question.
How do you make your quesadilla? What kind of cheese and what kind of tortilla do you use?

Im in Southern California and we are overcast mode here, but manageable.
Breakfast for me was Coffee with Unsweetened Almond milk and Protein shake to keep me full till lunch.
For Excerise.... My treadmill is broken. Thinking of doing some T25 with Shaun T.

Today, the weather in the Texas panhandle has shifted to rain, ice, and expecting 6-10 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow. Ugh !
My plans for today....morning vits ✅ water started ✅ walking....doing good
breakfast..........coffee/miralax......protein shake
lunch................protein shake and 3 oz. of turkey and cheese
dinner...............3oz. of steak and lots of veggies
if I snack at all today, it will be veggies or protein coffee
I hope that everyone does well on their plan and has a great, warm day !!
My bump was when I had knee replacement about 14 months out of surgery....I was walking my 10,000 steps everyday prior to surgery and since surgery, having a difficult time with walking. My knee surgery wasn't as successful as most. I quit losing at that time and over the course of the next three years, I have gained 40 lbs back. I am walking more and more, but if I walk too much, I really pay for it that night or the next day. UGH !!
I started a high protein plan last Wednesday and have done pretty good so far.......I will weigh on Friday to see if I have at least lost my holiday gain......then I will battle the rest of my re-gain one day at a time !!
I am one of those that never reached goal, but I really never expected to get there. I just want to be healthy and I am. I just want to fit into all those clothes I bought and not have to go up a size !!
