Does anyone follow a low carb high fat diet ...i have been trying to loose on this and am not successful... i am so frustrated cause i am watching my son do this and loose ...and loose ! i fix our meals ( he has not had any surgery) yes i am older (42) he is 14...i do put carbs in the way of veggies in his meals and occasionally he does get bread ...i don't want to totally take away all his carbs.

I dont know what to do anymore... i like the fact that i was never hungry with this but it's not working...:(

Happy Monday Everyone!

How did everyone do this weekend? How did everyone do yesterday?
Who had Super Bowl goodies?

I cooked up a storm but I was good!
I worked from home yesterday, sent my 18yr old daughter to Vons to pick up some groceries for me and started cooking right after.

* Sliders
* Opened up the Chips and dip
* Wrapped some hot dogs with bacon
* ordered Pizzas....

I only fell in for a slider, but I was good. I was actually not craving anything....

Today.... Im still drinking my morning protein shake (30grams of protein)

Lunch... Im going to run out for a garden salad

snack.... almonds

Dinner.... Don't know yet.

Have an Awesome Day guys!

Agreed, H.a.l.a.  The downside of having that much money is that it also gives you greater ACCESS to EXCESS!

Really? How about very rich woman who can afford that and still are not? Rosie just had VSG, what about Oprah? She had all the money and support? More that any of us can imagine.. She is still fat...

2 Lean Cuisines weren't my best choice, but I'm just home for a day and then traveling again and I didn't feel like making anything. The good news is that I'm down nearly 10 lbs of my 20 regain! Feeling pretty good about that and hope to start seeing some of the lower 170s soon.

Thanks for sharing about your loss.   I am starting to get discouraged as the weight has been status quo for the month.  Good for you and for the inspiration.
