I am the same way.  If I am sick and/or tired, I want to (and sometimes do) emotionally eat.  Logically it doesn't make sense but those two things are red flags for me because the head hunger will scream at me.  It is as though when I'm sick and I eat, I'll feel better???  The same for being tired and eating will give me more energy?  

Just one of the speed bumps on our back on track journey.  Good for you that you are aware and posted it.  

I'm glad that you're feeling better!

I limit fruits also.  Fruits - even though may be healthy - trigger my cravings.. 

some starchy veggies.. - same things...

If i eat carbs - I can eat and eat and eat,,, then I can eat some more. 

But with dense proteins and fat, with little bit veggies - my pouch dictates how much I can eat (not that much).

How much I can eat depends on what I eat..

Hi Botts

I was on a roll baby, weight was coming off, I was eating really healthy and moving like a rolling stone.  Then I got sick!  WTHeck.  It really threw me for a loop and knocked me off my game plan.  The universe has a really bad sense of humor as I am the only one that can gain when sick 

Feeling better today and need to get back to what was working for me.  

How are you all doing?

plans for today.......water ✅morning vits ✅ walking started

breakfast...............coffee/protein 

lunch.....................brought homemade veggie soup to share with my "lunch bunch". 

Snack....................apple

dinner....................more veggie soup !!  If there is any left !!  😜

snack.....................another Apple.......have 30 from my Bountiful Basket !!   Good thing that I like apples !!

Good for you!! I get so discouraged so easily sometimes.  Im looking into gyms t ogo to that I can actually afford.. (yeah right).  Together we can all do it!

i wish to have my stomach small again so that i can eat and be satisfied with small amounts for a long time again
