I didn'****ch Dr. Oz so unable to comment about that episode.
I wouldn't take colon cleansing pills. What are they supposed to do that just regular elimination doesn't? If I need to get things going, I take Metamucil capsules.
I know three people that have used Garcinia Cambogia. One person has been pretty successful with them. He (non-WLS) was losing weight and started taking them and his pounds lost per week increased by 1-3. However, the other two people (had WLS) tried them without seeing much of a difference.
If you try either, let us know what you think.

I know - heard it before. BUT - I jus****ched a video on youtube where this guy did a demo of applesauce dripping down a funnel to demo the effects of drinking while we eat. Eye opener. Yes that cleansing sip at the end of the meal does matter. It matters way more than I ever thought.

so far today 677 cal and 38g protein.
So the avocado - It was on the counter, black and ready. I didn't want to throw it away so my self talk said ' it's healthy fats', good for you, blah blah blah.
I ate 3/4 of it and threw the rest. THEN I added it to my food log and holy crap it is 277 calories!!! Wow! What a shock!
Lesson learned look before you eat. So, I guess it's a protein shake and veggies the rest of the day for me. And right now I'm OK with that.
ummmm...why? Personally I don't believe our color holds on to the bad stuff and allows the good stuff to pass through. I think when it goes it all goes. If movement is needed I use a herbal tea called Smooth Move. Works every time. Just my opinion...not a doctor.
I was watching Dr. Oz on YouTube a few days ago and came across Garcinia Cambogia and Colon cleansing pills.
So you guys think this works for us? Meaning people that had WLS.

Cold and windy in Texas panhandle, but a beautiful weekend is on the way.....supposed to be in the mid 70's !!
Today has been a typical workday (eating day ) for me so far......
breakfast.......coffee/miralax/protein
snack............Apple
lunch............Hillshire Farm Tuscan herb turkey sandwich and sweet pickles
dinner...........? Don't have a clue.......maybe chili
evening snack.........nothing.......I have listed an evening snack for weeks, but I haven't had one, so I guess I have learned to live without one !! WooHoo !!

Well... It's ugly and foggy here in Southern California (Torrance area).
B- I'm just on my first cup of coffee.
Snack- 6 Strawberries
L- Tuna Salad
Snack - Yoplait 100 Calorie Greek yogurt
Dinner - Protein Shake and then T25!!!!

On coffee.... what do you put in it? I put 2 equals and Almond milk.
For whatever reason, I was so out of control yesterday but back on track today.
B: 2 slices bacon, green salad with Panera poppy seed dressing
L: Turkey chili
D: Grilled chicken, small sweet potato
S: Dry roasted Edamame
