Thank you, yesterday was a rough day but I stayed below my daily burned calories. I'm pretty proud of myself :D I didn't walk yesterday but I'm going to make up for it today. I still need to keep working on the water. Some days are better than others and yesterday wasn't the best day. It was an emotional day so I had some emotional eating but it wasn't as bad as it normally would have been.

I'm glad you found this group before you started gaining. I've only been here a short time but I'm so relieved to be here. It gives a different perspective on being where I am. It makes me feel better and not being such a failure.

Topic: Tuesday How is everyone doing?

Just checking in before my very busy day starts.  I am BOT for 1 day.  Made it through yesterday with protien shakes.  Not is tough as I thought it would be.  I do have a headache today and I think that is my body realeasing the crap I ate over the weekend. Hope everyone is BOTT with me today. 

B- protein shake

L-tuna with a spray of olive oil

D-salmon

S-hard boiled egg if needed

Another protein day to calm the demons

Thanks so much for sharing. I am new to this group. Although I have not regained yet, I am eating badly and making bad food choices, so I can totally relate to you.

I think you are doing great! You have already changed 2 habits - awesome! 

I also started tracking as per Cathy's advice. It does make me feel more accountable and better about myself. My suggestion would be to walk as much as possible - it is good for the body and the soul. Do not focus so much on your weight - focus on being healthy and respectful to your body.

I am looking forward to following your journey.

Mostly hung in there today.

B protein shake

L protein shake

D 2 rotisserie chicken legs from the groc store.  I went too long without eating and ate the chicken way too fast.  It kinda stuck in my throat.  Not being able to have a water sip it stuck for a while.

S sf jello with mandarin oranges.

Room for another 2 protein shakes this evening.  I just wanna eat today ya know?!?!  I want to get this regained weight off more though!

Totals for today:

Calories:  710

I have been slipping and sliding since November.  January was a better month, but with very little weight loss from regain.  That being said I decided to try and just start things with all protein.  I really don't like to do things too the extreme, but I don't know what else to do.  So todays eats are

B-protien shake unflavored protein powder and coconut milk

L-same

S-chicken broth

D-protien shake

S-cup of tea.

Protein shakes have always been awful due to limitations on what I can eat due to medical condition that has nothing to do with weight loss.  It feels a bit punitive, but I really don't now what else to do. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Working on the family cookbooks as a distraction is a good idea.  I need to do something that distracts me too.  Thanks for sharing that to give me the idea of distraction.

Woo Hoo!!  Good for you for no evening snack.  I'm having a planned one that I've included in my food plan for today.  Other than that, NADA.  

Another WOO HOO for eating too much on date night BUT you got right back on track.  HUGE congrats for that.  It can be hard but not for you.

I am still doing good at no evening snack !!  WooHoo !!

ate too much on my date with hubby on Friday, but got back on track for the weekend.

todays eats......

breakfast.....coffee/protein

snack..........apple

lunch..........tuna/egg/crackers

dinner.........leftover chicken and veggies

its an as seen on tv product that you wrap bacon around it cook it in the micro or oven and it comes out like a bowl and you can fill it with eggs or what ever you want! its kinda cool. I found them at the dollar tree! and they end up on the small side so its perfect!
