I had a good food day yesterday. Thanks to our BOTT group and our posting yesterday, I didn't get into the carbs at evening/night. I had a planned snack but stopped it there. I had a good PT workout. I left with a red face since he worked me hard but I didn't wake up with it aching so that is great!!
B - Coffee, 2 cups w/Splenda and cream
L - Turkey sandwich w/honey mustard
D - Turkey Meatloaf
S - Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich
S - Apple with Laughing Cow French Onion wedge

Yummy day! I eat Quest protein bars too. What are your favorite flavors? My top favorite is chocolate peanut butter.
July 4th is almost five months away. Four pounds a month/1 pound a week sounds doable to me. You go Girl!!

I think you're right about your headache. When I've been off track, and then get back on, I'll get a headache for at least a day or two. I hope it gets better and goes away.

I'm doing good today :D Good for you for your day 1 BOT!! i'm on day 5 or 6 phew. Trust me it gets easier each day. I've even gone through some emotional days without completely going over board. I've managed to stay below my calories burned every day and have managed to walk every day. Here's my plan for today
B- coffee with sugar free syrup and non dairy creamer
L- 1/2 frozen chicken parmesean
D- (split into dinner and snack) 3 baked chicken legs with spices instead of bbq sauce.
As of now no plan for another snack. Working on not snacking at night!!!
Today's plan:
B - 1 egg, 1oz leftover steak, cheese, roasted peppers
L - 3 oz chicken, roasted butternut squash, cheese
D - not sure... might be eating out or protein bar
S - popcorn, nuts, or yogurt
Start with therapist tonight.
B - boca veggie patty and steamed zuchinni
L - albacore tuna over a bed of romaine, cucumber and tomatoes with zero calorie honey dijon dressing
S - Quest protein bar
D - Grilled Chicken and either a salad or steamed green veggie
S - Quest protein bar
LOTS of water to hopefully help me with the carb cravings.
