I really love your "Head in the game!" plus the additional feeling mentally healthy.

17. Keep your head in the game. Getting back on track is a mindset. Whether it is from regaining weight, a health issue arises or another impetus occurred for you to want to get back on track.....you are ready. Getting and staying back on track requires commitment, persistence and determination - such as any meaningful goal does. Keeping your head in the back on track game will carry you through the challenges and reach the success you want.

Dinner probably rotisserie chicken and a little of cooked veggie

Sounds like everyone is working hard to stay of track. Thanks everyone for posting it is very encouraging in helping me stay the course.
Do you find the EMDR helps? My therapist does it, but I have not discussed it with her yet. I have been told it requires a great deal of trust. My boss did it and stuff came up she had no idea was there. That kind of freaked me out, but she felt it was great.
I have been doing very well with my eating for several weeks now.....will see what the scale says on Friday.

breakfast......coffee/protein ✅
lunch............tuna salad/veggies/crackers✅
dinner...........cottage cheese/pineapple

Chocolate brownie is my #2 fave, and double chocolate chunk is my hubby's fave. I haven't tried the cashew coconut so I will try that with my next order. Sounds yummy. Thanks for the recommendation!
