B - strawberry yogurt with vanilla protein powder and tbls PB2... tasted like a dessert!
S - had some popcorn... trying to avoid frosted butter cookies someone brought to work.
L - chicken, roasted butternut squash, avocado, cheese

S - nuts or yogurt
My concern is my grandson's pizza birthday party tonight - I absolutely LOVE pizza, so my plan is to eat my protein before I go, and eat a salad while everyone else is eating their pizza.
B - boca veggie patty and steamed zuchinni
L - Tuna salad
S - Quest bar
D - leftover halibut or trip tip with a green veggie, then salad at the pizza party
S - Quest bar
I am actually trying to reduce my snacks and watch for head hunger creeping in.
I'm doing a color match with a Jane Iredale makeup rep today - I'm super excited - I love feeling pampered and pretty!!

I had total knee replacement in 2012, so I understand the rehab afterward.......... It hasn't been easy, but at least I am not falling any more because my knee gave out !
Today, I head south to Lubbock for a 3-day conference for TAFE (Texas Association of Future Educators). I will be attending with another sponsor and 6 high school girls ! Pray for me !! Food choices will be limited and fast........if I don't post until next week, this is why, although I want to be accountable and by posting, it helps me stay on track......
I weighed today and my weight stayed the same........😩....
my plans for today........water started.....brought several bottles with me for trip (3- hour drive) plus some water enhancers.......I am awful about old habit of getting something bad at convenience stores
vitamins packed and morning ones taken........I know I will get plenty of walking in trying to stay up with my students....
planned eats.......we will see if I stick to them.....
breakfast......coffee/protein
lunch............turkey sandwich
snack............am taking an apple
dinner............we are eating at a Rec Center/ bowling facility.......I will try to stay on track !!

Today was a rough day. I ate some things that weren't real good for me but I didn't go over 1300 calories today. I know it's not ideal but tomorrow will be better. NO coffee at all tomorrow, I slacked on the water intake today but I still woke up at 192.8. I'm hoping all the nuts I ate today doesn't put tons of water weight back on me. I've been going through a lot of emotions and today I broke down and did a lot of emotional eating. I did do good because I bought a bunch of nuts to snack on and pita chips. I also bought enough salad to last me 4-5 days of lunches. I shouldn't be so hard on myself about today but I don't want to fall back into bad habits. I've done so good this past week i don't want to sabotage myself. I have a habit of doing that. I just have to stay strong and keep going at it. I'm going to plan my meals for tomorrow when I'm done here. It will be better tomorrow and I'm done eating for today :D I'm probably not going to be walking tomorrow because with wind chill it's going to be 10 below. UGH. BUT saturday I'm going to a wedding so going to dance my butt off literally to burn some calories Hehe I'm down 7 pounds ppl SEVEN pounds!!! I'm so excited!!! I'm not going to change my ticker until I have two days of 192 and I fear that tomorrow i will be back up because I ate so many nuts today and they are salty. Stupid water weight! Ok everyone thanks for the support. If I can do this so can you!!!
Those "off" days can be discobobulating. They remind me of being in a Jazzercise class pre-surgery. Everyone in the class would be moving left and I'm be moving right. I hope your grounding exercises made a difference today.

You sound really busy with students testing, yet you're still walking 10k steps a day. I look forward to being stable enough to take some walks with my bionic knee (LOL).
