Hi Botts,

Well my first day started out pretty good but went downhill at supper. Well at least part of my day was on plan.

B premiere shake

L 2 eggs, half a slice of pepper jack cheese, salsa

D chicken broccoli rice casserole with a crescent roll and butter

S1 another crescent roll with butter (what was I thinking?)

S2 brownie with a cup of milk (really?)

Tomorrow will be better

Take care,
Edie

Sorry to hear your mom is hospitalized, hope she is OK. Its hard to stay on plan sometimes when things like that happen. I'm going to be here tracking my food at the end of each day. I got off track too (virus, carbs :-/)but I'm determined to get back on and record my food here each day.
Take care of yourself,
Edie

Great plan Tri,

I'm going to start posting tomorrow, need to keep myself accountable. Will be posting at the end of the day what I actually ate instead of what i planned to eat, too often that changes by the end of the day.

Take care?

Hanging tough. Life took over. My mom has been hospitalized and I've been running in circles.
No weight loss LW. ;-( I will not give up.
Food has been better. I still need to move much more! Bare with me! Once I hit that treadmill it is on and popping. Keep you posted. I am job hunting to for a new teaching position. Pray for me! I want to work with younger kiddos again that is my dream!

Topic: 5 weeks until the 4th of July

Good evening botts

10 weeks ago I was 213 lbs. and this morning I am 207 lbs. I really hoped I would be under 200 lbs by now, but I will take 6 lbs. down rather than up. I noticed that the 4th of July is in 5 weeks. What can I do better over the next 5 weeks? If I eat 250 calories a day less and clean or garden for 1 solid hour everyday I can lose 1 lb. a week. Again today I had no water...seriously. I drink coffee, but before you know it the day is close to the end and I drink a couple of glasses of Crystal Light (very watered down). I also don't commit myself to a plan on a daily basis. These are a couple of things I can easily change this next month. Tri

My meals today:

B: breakfast sandwich

S: salad

L: 1/2 sandwich

S: peanuts

D: chicken breast and chili

S: Slimfast snack and water

Hello BOTT,
As they say the struggle is real, at so many areas in my life. I truly now understand the saying of "one day at a time" and it will be no matter how bad I want this, one pound at a time.
I finally did some much needed things around my house, and it still looks like nothing was done? Has that ever happen to any of you? but I know something was done.
Today before my neighborhood walk with a neighbor, my son discovered an injured little bird. The bird's wing or neck was broken? When we came back home after the walk, he was insistent on calling the animal control, to help the little birdie. How compassionate is he? Finally after almost 2 hrs after the call was made, they showed up. Awesome. He was so proud of himself for trying to help the bird. I was too. Of course I did not really want to be bothered with any of it, but he was so persistent. A good deed done. Way to go son! I also thank GOD, that someone did show up, to rescue the bird so to speak. Some older kiddos were out to torcher the poor little helpless bird, but J. warned them that the "cops" are coming to save him, and off they ran. LOL, I am sure he saved the bird's life indeed. Sorry TMI, but he is growing up so fast. and that right there was a golden moment to cherish for us both. He will never forget that!
B- Protein supp & vits. Sipping on Green tea all day.
I think a had a cheese stick, and a 2 Fiber 1 snacks/treats once I got home.
Got a good walk in. Didn't feel like it, but did it anyway before the rain started.
Food is going good. Still liquids all day, a snack in the afternoon with a low carb dinner. Today,
D- Baked Salmon & mixed yellow squash & zucchini.
For the previous 3 days before, Crabs, crabs, crabs!!
They were so good.
Good luck to you BOTT posters. Enjoy your Wednesday!
Chat soon.
