When I got back on track after a length of time, I felt overwhelmed. I broke it down into small chunks. One of mine was grazing. After a few failed attempts, I decided not to graze for four days a week. After I handled four days a week, I added a fifth day and progressed to the entire seven days.
What about if you got back on track in a staggered way as in moderation on a few days and then back on track the other days? Would that work for you?
Could you not weigh for a period of times. The numbers made me bonkers. It might be easier if you didn't know the numbers. Just my $.02.

So sorry to hear this. Things can get so weighed down in the system. The child is very lucky to have people caring for him that love him and want him. Hoping things go better next time. Keeping you in my thoughts.

Mornin!! i love going to the gym everyday now, never did I think id hear myself say those words! Im starting to get more comfy there so i will soon go some classes they offer.. :)
B: scrambled egg whites w/cheese In a flat out maybe..
L: is 2 oz chicken breast in a flatout fold it,(those are too cute!) and some carrots
D: stuffed bell peppers with hamburger and onion. (Im gonna try mine with diced up cabbage instead of rice)
S: either a greek yogurt or a skinny cow ice cream...,, not sure...

B- 4 cups of coffee with sugar free syrup and 4 tbs of non dairy creamer
L- Protein shake mixed with coffee
D- Ham 2 oz is the most I can eat
S- Cocoa wheat's with sugar free syrup for sweetener instead of sugar.
God do I hope I stick to this today. Can't afford another day like yesterday!!
