Good morning botts:

Another hot day in WI. I am cleaning out and cleaning. My goal is to donate, recycle or toss 1 grocery size bag of stuff every day. I have been doing it for months now. Today I tossed out 12 pairs of shoes I haven't worn in a while and are not good enough for the thrift shop to sell. They were shoes with memories of work or play (even some of my triathlon shoes). I am sentimental (I can't believe I find memories in shoes!) "Good bye my old friends"! Have a great day, Tri

S: salad: spinach, tomato, cucumber, sugar snap peas, 1/4 cup nuts, fat free dressing 300

L: 1/2 pita, bbq beef, low fat cheese 300

S: my sf/ff cheesecake and fruit salad 220

D: pita, tomato sauce, rf cheese, my veggie soup 400

S: sf Metamucil and fruit and/or dairy 400

L: tortellini and grass fed beef 420

S: plain fat free Greek yogurt 130

D: quinoa, grass fed beef, tomatoes, shredded cheese 400

S: SF Metamucil and Viactive 30

? 300 fruit and/or dairy

Good evening botts:

I have been running errands most of the afternoon. This morning I made 2 Santa Fe crust quiches. One for the next few days and one for the freezer. I also made a sf/ff cheesecake for the next couple of days. I have my veggie soup and salad fixings in the refrigerator. We did stop at Sams for a Polish sausage for lunch. I also ran some laundry today. Have a great day. Tri

S: 1/4 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts 200

L: black forest ham and Gouda Santa Fe quesadilla 200

S: my veggie soup 50

D: beef and spaghetti sauce on quinoa 400

S: Nutrasystem chips and protein cocoa 250

Exercise: clean 2 bathrooms, dust and water houseplants, make soup

Celebrate the 15 lbs. The body sometimes needs to adjust to such a huge weight loss. 35 3rd graders is indeed stressful. Enjoy your break. Tri

Hello BOTT's
I am still trying to hang in there.
Last I checked, I gained 1 pound.
The stress's of life have got me out of control.
I am surely a stress eater at times.
Although I get full quite faster these days, so that's good thing. I have every intention on still trying to lose this last 40lbs. indeed.
I am finally out of school for my summer break, however I am looking to land a position in a new school. I love the kiddos, but I prefer to work with the younger ones again. Let's just say having 35 3rd graders with about 10 extremely difficult.... is not for Me! So that's partly why I've been stressed, and MIA, I have been job searching like mad.
What I found out with my wl journey, is I need to move, move, move. And have I? Well not yet, but it's in the plan indeed. I fell off the band wagon so easily and I have to jump back on right away. I like some photo's that I have seen with my almost 15lbs. gone. I want to keep going for sure!
Day by day is so hard. I have to re focus on Me! & my wl journey, to be top priority once again. Forgive me if I float in and out , from time to time. Summer is out, but I will also working my PT job, more, because my money is short!! not long.
Please forgive me now, and also for later. No worries,I will always check back in no matter what.

Today was much better food wise, not much exercise unless crocheting counts

B eggs cheese and spinach scramble with one slice toast

L chicken burger no bun and quarter cup rice

D hot sausage link with onions peppers on slice of bread with 2 oz baked fries

S small sugar free vanilla iced coffee and 1 oz cheddar

Good evening botts:

We have company again this weekend so I will clean for exercise. I also am trying to increase my calories (per my RD) to actually eat fewer calories over time. Jumping around from 1500 calories one day to 3000 calories the next day isn't working for me. I will edit my plan as the day goes on. so far so good. It is 5 pm and I am not hungry for dinner yet.
