Good morning botts
Today I plan on weeding my garden and cleaning the stove and refrigerator. I also need to try clothes on and pack up clothes that don't fit. I went to the gym for a swim and bike several days this past week. I did my 1/6th triathlon workout (2 miles on the bike, 1/2 mile walk and 6 lengths in the pool).
My food plan today:
B: Santa Fe tortilla crust spinach quiche
S: peach, salad with my garden veggies, nuts/seeds and fat free dressing
L: deli sausage and rf cheese on whole wheat roll
S: peach and my veggie soup
D: 2 meatballs, crackers and cheese
S: fruit salad
I did a ton of cleaning and shopping today and I went to the gym for a 1/12 sprint triathlon bike and swim.
B: 1/2 beef sandwich on French bread
S: peach and string cheese
L: 1/2 beef sandwich on French bread, salad with veggies from my garden and fat free dressing
S: chicken lasagna and a peach
D: beef tenderloin, my veggie soup,
S: Slimfast snack
I was really busy today and grabbed food on the run. We went out for dinner and I didn't get to the gym. I hope tomorrow is better. Tri

I got up at 5 this morning and went to the gym for a bike ride and swim. I cleaned a bathroom, did a load of laundry and pulled some weeds. I also shredded and recycled a pile of papers. Not much else going on today, but I have a guest coming tomorrow so I will do some more cleaning this afternoon. I can't believe that Labor Day is next week. Have a great day. Tri

I went for a swim, sauna and shower at the pool today again. I also picked up and cleaned a bathroom today. I made a chicken, spinach and very low fat gluten free lasagna. I don't know if it is going to taste very good though. Have a great day, Tri

Good morning botts:
I got to the gym this morning for a swim, sauna and shower. I love my gym and it is so close to my house. I need to go everyday. It is so calming and takes so little time to start my day on the right foot. It really felt great to get bott yesterday. My house guests left some junk food behind. I have to toss it today. It is hard for me to do that, but it was calling out to me all day yesterday. When I live in a "safe food" environment I do much better. I cooked a ton of healthy food yesterday which will help me stay bott. Have a great day! Tri

I am starting my second week bot. I have re-lost 2 lbs. again. I could have gained another so it is not so bad. Today I have errands this morning, then lunch with friends and then I have to pack for my long weekend. I will focus on veggies and fruit and lean meat at lunch today. I will do the best I can and edit this tonight and post again next Wednesday...wish me strength!!! Have a great day. Tri

I have a new chore system. I record a TV show or movie. I watch the show and fast forward through commercials and pause the TV. I set my timer for 10 minutes and do a chore. Then I go back to the TV until the next commercial. It keeps me moving all day long. It is amazing how many commercials are on TV. I am getting a ton of chores completed this way. Oh yah...I lost 2 lbs. this morning. Have a great day. Tri

So today is day 4 of getting bot. The scale hasn't moved yet, but I feel better. I have a lot of energy this morning. I have a ton of cleaning to do because my company arrives tomorrow. I have to re-clean everything although nothing looks dirty. I want to dig out the small tree growing in my day lily. I have to do more grocery shopping also. I am not buying junk and snacks though. If I follow the plan the pounds will slowly come off. I know the biggest challenge I have is being patient and persistent. I am building sustainable habits. It is a marathon not a sprint.
