Today I started my 3rd triathlon (1/6th at a time). It feels great. My muscles are so much stronger since I am back to the gym and pool. I am still cleaning to burn calories. My gardens are looking so much healthier too. Everyday I work on a different area or plant. Today I trimmed 2 years of over growth off of my "fuzzy wuzzy lamb ear" plant. Tri

Today I will finish my second triathlon doing 1/6th at a time. I can feel my muscles getting stronger. My heart rate during exercise is lower than when I started. I love my gym. I am also getting a ton done in my garden, but I have been ignoring the house while I work outside. It is time to start washing windows again. I usually do 1 window a day in the fall. I am going to begin strengthening my core today. Before every meal and snack I am going to do a few crunches, side bends, toe touches and leg lifts. The swimming and biking is going well because I treat myself to a sauna and relaxing float time in the pool following my workout (my reward). When I feel lazy about going to the gym I tell myself the workout is easy and it makes me feel so good. I can feel my body getting stronger. Have a great day. Tri harder

Good afternoon
I finished my first sprint triathlon (over several days) this afternoon. In the past few weeks, since around the middle of August, I have relost 4 lbs. Today when I took my heart rate after my bike ride it was 10 beats less than when I started riding a week or so ago. Even though the workout is not strenuous or difficult it is making a difference. I am still gardening and cleaning every day. Tri

Good morning botts
Yesterday I did a 1/6th triathlon workout. I wasn't sure if I could do it, but even though my thighs were very sore I did. For most people it would be easy but because I have been so sedentary for the past year it was hard for me. I did it again today. My shoulders and arms are ok. I have to do more gardening today as well. My tomatoes are huge and I need to do more tying up. The house always needs cleaning, clothes need to be tried on and then there is grocery shopping and cooking. I made my veggie soup and my sf/ff cheesecake. Have a great day. Tri
