This morning I am really hungry. I ended up eating too much for breakfast. I will have to cut back lunch today. I hope I can stay on track. Some days are harder than others. I ate a lot of protein for dinner to help me make it to my bedtime snack. Tri

Spring is just around the corner. I am very happy that I am bot again. Even though weight is coming off slowly, I am learning better eating habits. If I continue to follow my plan I will reach my moderate goal of being overweight rather than obese. For me and my anatomy I think it is the best I can do. I certainly will feel better 35 lbs. lighter and most of my clothes will fit me. Have a great day. Tri

It is my 11th day botting. I usually burn 10 calories per pound of me so I should be losing 1 lb. per week which is a snails pace. It is hard to get on the scale day after day without losing anything...so far I have only lost 2 lbs. Patience and persistence is not my strong suit. Then again I am not suffering with hunger and I enjoy the food I am eating. I will carry on. I hope to be cleared to return to the gym soon. Tri
