Thank you for the reply! I see that your struggle was real. I agree posting what you eat probably helps a lot. Thank you for doing that. I think its possible I just tell myself I do not eat that much but maybe its more than I think it is. Hopefully you are continuing to do well!

I have been struggling, but today I am keeping it together. I need to string a couple of weeks together to make my clothes fit more comfortably. Try

L: individual pizza and my veggie soup 440

D: lettuce, cucumber, peppers, tomato, tortilla strips, sunflower seeds and fat free dressing, hamburger, 80 cal bun and reduced fat Swiss cheese slice 460

S: fat free/sugar free cheesecake and Nutrasystem D coo****s 300

It felt great being bot yesterday. I didn't get on the scale because my clothes are fitting tighter and I don't want to get discouraged. I will wait a wee****il I assess the damages. Have a great day. Tri

I am bot again today after an Easter break. We were very busy. I got to the gym and took some walks. I did some cleaning. I do better when I am accountable and write my menu down every day. It is good to be back. Tri

B: Jimmy Dean delight, plain Greek yogurt and a grapefruit

L: salad, roll, deli ham, cheese

D: sausage, pork, brown rice, broccoli and cauliflower, cantaloupe, light string cheese

I walked the dog and cleaned today for exercise.

It was great to get back to the gym...finally. I am planning my meals better today. I really need to get this together. This evening I will go to the gym for 1/2 mile bike, 1/8th mile walk and 50 yard swim and a sauna and shower. Tri
