I am 227 this morning. It is only 3 lbs. but I'll take it. At least it is in the right direction. I wish I could eat fewer calories. Tri

My plan today:

B: Fit breakfast sandwich 260

S: Strawberries, nsa chocolate pudding and 1 T. peanuts 160

S: lettuce, cucumber, green peppers, tomato, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, 1 t sunflower seeds and fat free Italian dressing 100

L: beef and mac and cheese 400

S: peach and yogurt 140

S: my veggie soup 50

D: pork roast and rice 400

S: cherry cheesecake 250
