Aug. 12 day 2 bot...struggling already
Yesterday I ate 2050 calories of healthy food. I am up at 3 am starving. I am hoping that today goes better than yesterday by a hundred calories. I want to eat less than 2000 everyday and move 300 calories more...forever. I need to go back to bed and catch a few more hours of sleep.
This afternoon I am craving food. Clearly I have eaten too many calories, but 2 minutes after I swallow food I feel empty in my gut. I will do everything I can to eat under 2000 calories today. Tri

9 B: Fit breakfast sandwich 220
10 S: strawberries and plain Greek yogurt and peanuts 200
11 S: salad, veggies, dip 200
12 L: bison cheeseburger 400
4 S: my veggie soup 50
6 D: bison patty/whole wheat mac and cheese 400
8 S: strawberries, sf pudding cup 130
1900 calories
300 calories of exercise (at my weight I can burn 300 calories by cleaning for 70 minutes)
