Back On Track Together
8/22 Almost 7 weeks of being off track, 2370 calories today, I am back to 230 lbs.
Summer is coming to an end. Life has settled down. It is time to get bot again. This is a typical day for me when I am off track. I can't believe I can eat all this food. It will be really difficult to get bot tomorrow, but I need to do this for myself. Today I ate 2370 calories which is typical for me. No junk food and no liquid calories. I never feel like I swallowed food. I simply need to eat a couple hundred calories less and move a couple hundred calories more to take off weight. Patience and persistence have to be my virtues. I need to weed my gardens and get back to the pool. Most of my adult life I weighed around 170 lbs. until the RNY. I have not been under 200 lbs. since 2012. I have a temporary goal of 190 lbs. I should be able to do this. Wish me luck. Tri
B: egg, waffle, turkey sausage, 2 clementines and a 70 cal low carb yogurt 350 calories
S: apple and sf pudding 170 calories
L: 4 cups of lettuce, 8 sugar snap peas, 8 carrots, 8 cherry tomatoes, low fat dressing, croutons, shredded cheese, sunflower seeds, 1/2 avocado, 2 turkey hot dogs, 2 whole wheat hot dog buns 750 calories
S: 2 hard boiled eggs, olive oil mayo and 12 crackers 400 calories
D: my veggie soup, brat, Swiss cheese slice, brat bun, sf ice cream bar and pistachio nuts 700 calories
