June 25th counting from lunch to lunch

I know they tell us that breakfast is important. On the other hand a WW leader suggested that if we continually eat too many calories in a day, we can try counting from lunch to lunch. Then if we are over calories we can skip breakfast. I am going to give it a try because I ate a 1/2 cheeseburger in the middle of the night when I woke up hungry. I don't know if I should count it yesterday or today. I swam at the gym...2 lengths today. Tri

My food plan today:

ff cottage cheese and a peach 150

salad 100

chicken breast, 1/2 roll and broccoli slaw 400

cheesecake 200

my veggie soup 50

chicken, 1/2 roll and broccoli slaw 400

snack 300

breakfast sandwich 200
