May 8th - 223 lbs. Maybe there is hope for me!
I am 223 lbs. this morning. I am going to continue with my plan. I am drinking more water and eating 12 times a day. I have given up ever feeling like I have swallowed anything. In a sense I am putting food into my system a little at a time just like a working RNY would do. I am hungry a lot of the time so I count my calories and try to stop at 1800 calories. I am used to eating at least 2300 calories so it is a change for me. I can't wait to see 199 lbs. on the scale. I want to reach "Onederland"!!! Tri
