May 2 New rule...Don't buy red flag flag foods!
I bought croissants and ate 1 of them yesterday. Last night I ate the other 2 of them. From now on I will follow my plan and not purchase those red flag foods. If they are not in the house I am better off. If I want something that calls out to me I will simply buy 1 of them rather than the 3 pack. Other than that 600 calorie poor choice my day went well. I ended up eating around 2400 calories yesterday...oh well. I am not hungry at all this morning so that is good. I had one Weigh****chers leader recommend counting calories from lunch through the following morning breakfast so that if I cheated at night I could skip breakfast. I did that for a while. I also bought sugar free fudgesicles yesterday. They are a nice treat for 40 calories. I will get bot today. Tri
