May 1st - I make many good food choices
I had another 1800 calorie day yesterday. I feel like I am building new habits that will bring me under 200 lbs. for the first time since 2012. I am accepting that it may take me a year to get there. I view it as practicing my lifestyle rather than dieting. Tri
I am making a lot of good food choices every day:
1. a bowl of my veggie soup before dinner
2. a salad with fat free dressing before lunch
3. a slice of my cheesecake
4. a nuked chopped apple and walnuts with cinnamon and sugar free syrup
5. Slimfast snack and sugar free Snack Pack pudding
6. 1/2 plain Greek Yogurt and 1/2 Kroger Carbmaster yogurt blended together
7. alternate coffee and water
8 Santa Fe tortilla crust veggie quiche as a breakfast choice
9. Great Value Canadian bacon, egg white and turkey on whole grain English muffin as a breakfast choice.
10. Santa Fe tortilla crust "pizza", wrap or quesadilla for lunch
11. Lean meats and whole grain starches for meals
12. Nature Valley Peanut and dark chocolate protein bar
13. Great Value low carb Chocolate protein powder added to ho****er or coffee
14. Sugar free Blue Bunny ice cream bars...worth 100 calories!
15. I forgive myself quickly when I go off track and take a short walk with the dog.
