April 28 I am determined to do just a little bit better
Yesterday went well until we ate out last evening. I skipped the bread bowl, drank water and skipped the desert. Unfortunately the server brought a bowl of chicken dumpling soup instead of the lighter veggie soup I ordered. She offered to exchange it, but all those dumplings were calling out to me! I looked up the calories when I got home and 1 cup was 240 calories. This bowl was loaded with those tasty morsels. The bottom line is 1900 calories instead of my planned 1800 calories. I am determined to stay under 1800 calories today. This afternoon I had a salad with fat free dressing, lean deli beef and my veggie soup. We are invited out to dinner tonight and they are serving sausages. I will skip the bun, eat the salad and drink water. It will hopefully be ok. I need to get my body back together. Tri
