April 27 I was a little better yesterday
Yesterday I ate 1900 calories. I really need to consistently eat 1800 calories every day. For now though, I would be happy with one 1800 calorie day. I ate a nice salad but did not eat my veggie soup. That is something positive I can do each day. I also drank 2 mugs off water instead of only drinking coffee. I am definitely moving my body more for the past few days. I might go to the gym to ride a stationary bike for a mile today. It doesn't burn many calories but my legs feel stronger when I do that. That would be a positive thing to do. Tri
