April 25 St 226 lbs. but I am eating 450 calories without thinking about it!

I ate 2100 calories yesterday. This morning I weighed 226 lbs. Today I ate 2200 calories. It is amazing how easy it is to eat a couple hundred extra calories. For example: 8 pecan halves and 1 oz. of shredded cheese on my salad added 200 calories. 4 soda crackers and a slice of cheese added 160 calories. It goes down so quickly without even thinking about it. I also realized that I drink about 4 mugs of coffee with about 1/4 cup of 1% low fat milk in each. That is another 100 calories that slides down so easily. That is 460 calories added to my 1600 calorie plan. I burn 10 lbs. per pound of me which adds up to 46 extra pounds on me. I rarely drink water...mostly coffee. I need to work on that tomorrow. Maybe that will help. Doesn't this sound so simple? I should be able to do this... seriously! Tri
