I ate around 2000 calories yesterday. I am 225 lbs. today...down 3 lbs. I will try to eat 1800 calories today. I did laundry, cleaning, shopping and cooking for exercise yesterday. I am continuing healthy habits like a salad with fat free dressing and my veggie soup which is fat free broth, chopped celery and low carb veggies. I also made a fat free/sugar free cheesecake. It is very high calcium. I will continue cleaning out the basement today for exercise. Tri
