I have more energy today than yesterday. I have laundry to put away today. I already made my veggie soup and duchess potatoes. My plan is to go to the gym this afternoon and then shopping. I am getting together with friends tonight.

B: quiche 300

S: fat free cottage cheese and a banana 175

L: salad with fat free dressing, chicken breast, whole wheat bread, Swiss cheese 400

S: cheese, crackers and turkey 250

D: my veggie soup, chicken breast, duchess potatoes 250

S: 300 calories tbd
