Today we are going to be running around again. We will be out for lunch so I will skip wine and dessert and stick to basic foods. I know they are going to serve rolls and butter. I will skip those too. Usually they serve a rice, potato or pasta side dish. I will watch my portion with those too. I will get plenty of exercise just running around again today. Tri
