I do so much better when I plan my meals. I relost 4 of the 5 lbs. that I recently gained. I feel pretty good this morning although the thunderstorm woke me up several times last night. I have a busy day today. Rehearsal, shopping and a gathering tonight. I don't know what they are serving. I will do the best I can. Tri
