I am bot again today after an Easter break. We were very busy. I got to the gym and took some walks. I did some cleaning. I do better when I am accountable and write my menu down every day. It is good to be back. Tri
B: Jimmy Dean delight, plain Greek yogurt and a grapefruit
L: salad, roll, deli ham, cheese
D: sausage, pork, brown rice, broccoli and cauliflower, cantaloupe, light string cheese
S: my veggie soup, Slimfast snack, sugar free pudding cup
I walked the dog and cleaned today for exercise.
