This morning I am really hungry. I ended up eating too much for breakfast. I will have to cut back lunch today. I hope I can stay on track. Some days are harder than others. I will try to keep myself busy. I ate lunch at 11 am and held off dinner as long as I could...5 pm. That was really hard. I was so hungry. I ate a lot of protein for dinner to help me make it to my bedtime snack. Tri

B: 2 clementine oranges, light English muffin, 2 eggs, cheese and spinach omelet 500

L: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, blueberries, Italian dressing, turkey, cheese, whole wheat roll 500

D: 5 oz. lean pork tenderloin, broccoli, peppers, carrots, cauliflower, pineapple and plain Greek yogurt 400 calories

S: nut protein bar 200
