Good morning botts

I am in my 3rd week botting. I am getting used to my new routine of only 4 meals per day. The last hour before eating a meal is very difficult. I try to keep busy at that time. One day and one meal at a time. Have a great day. Tri

My menu today:

B: Whole wheat English muffin, cheese, turkey, plain Greek yogurt and an orange 500

L: Salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers and Italian dressing; Santa Fe tortilla, reduced fat cheese, turkey 500

D: pork tenderloin, veggies, pineapple 400

S: protein cocoa 200
