Good morning botts

Spring is just around the corner. I am very happy that I am bot again. Even though weight is coming off slowly, I am learning better eating habits. If I continue to follow my plan I will reach my moderate goal of being overweight rather than obese. For me and my anatomy I think it is the best I can do. I certainly will feel better 35 lbs. lighter and most of my clothes will fit me. Have a great day. Tri

S: sugar free/fat free cheesecake and strawberries, my veggie soup and reduced fat cheese 300
