Back On Track Together
Sept. 18th starting my 3rd triathlon
Today I started my 3rd triathlon (1/6th at a time). It feels great. My muscles are so much stronger since I am back to the gym and pool. I am still cleaning to burn calories. My gardens are looking so much healthier too. Everyday I work on a different area or plant. Today I trimmed 2 years of over growth off of my "fuzzy wuzzy lamb ear" plant. Tri
B: whole wheat toast (dry), egg and rf cheese
S: salad
L: pita, gyro meat, cheese, 10 french fries
D: beef tenderloin, rice, cauliflower
S: veggie soup, fruit salad, protein cocoa.
