Sept. 15- second triathlon
Today I will finish my second triathlon doing 1/6th at a time. I can feel my muscles getting stronger. My heart rate during exercise is lower than when I started. I love my gym. I am also getting a ton done in my garden, but I have been ignoring the house while I work outside. It is time to start washing windows again. I usually do 1 window a day in the fall. L: salad with ff dressing and a 6 inch turkey and cheese on whole wheat sub sandwich
S: peach and plain Greek yogurt
D: beef roast, grilled cauliflower, mashed potatoes
S: my veggie soup, Slimfast snack
