Sept. 8 adding core strengthening exercises
I am going to begin strengthening my core today. Before every meal and snack I am going to do a few crunches, side bends, toe touches and leg lifts. The swimming and biking is going well because I treat myself to a sauna and relaxing float time in the pool following my workout (my reward). When I feel lazy about going to the gym I tell myself the workout is easy and it makes me feel so good. I can feel my body getting stronger. Have a great day. Tri harder
B: 2 egg veggie omelet
S: clementine oranges and plain Greek yogurt
L: whole wheat roll with turkey and cheddar
S: salad
D: my veggie soup, beef tenderloin and a potato
S: Slimfast snack and protein cocoa
