Sept. 6 first triathlon finished (over several days)
Good afternoon
I finished my first sprint triathlon (over several days) this afternoon. In the past few weeks, since around the middle of August, I have relost 4 lbs. Today when I took my heart rate after my bike ride it was 10 beats less than when I started riding a week or so ago. Even though the workout is not strenuous or difficult it is making a difference. I am still gardening and cleaning every day. Tri
My meal plan:
B: sf/ff cheesecake and cantaloupe/strawberry salad
S: veggie soup and rf cheese slice
L: deli chicken, rf cheese slice, bun and tomato
